Spring Hockey Interest Forms

Spring house hockey and/or registration is completely separate from 2023-2024 registration.

In order to curate Spring Hockey this year to each age group, we need some help from you all.

If you have ANY interest in Spring Hockey, please fill out your name and contact information as part of the age specific Google Form below. Please keep in mind this is just a "yes, I'm interested," feel. Each age group will approach Spring differently (cost, development vs teams, how often skating, etc.) and we will work with the Coaches to make sure we are doing what's best for each age group, but we need an idea of numbers. Coaches have NOT been officially announced yet for Spring or Next Fall at the House level. We have an idea, but will be reviewing our coaching evaluations that are currently being collected from current LCFH families to ensure we are making correct coaching appointees.
