How do I filter to see what I want to see?

View by tags

The news displays all of the information based on "tags". Each team has a tag, each division has a tag and each key area of the website has a tag.

Click on "Show Tag Menu".
Click on the check boxes that relate to the information you want to see. If you click "Clear All Tags", all of the boxes will uncheck. This is a quick way to remove all tags so you don't need to uncheck each one.  It is not recommended that you click "Show ALl Tags".
Your internet browser will remember your preferences so the next time you log in on that system, you'll see the same information. If you create a login id, you will be able to log in from any location and see the expected information.

LCFH 2013s "Buddy" with the Miracle League of Plymouth

By Kathy Gunn 09/12/2023, 8:15pm EDT

The LCFH 2013s recently volunteered as "buddies" and helped deliver on the MLPs mission to provide children with disabilities the experience and joy of playing baseball.

The 2013s proudly represented the Little Caesars Farmington Hills Hockey Association at the Miracle League of Plymouth's Opening Day. The MLP is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that removes barriers that normally prevent children with mental and/or physical disabilities from playing sports. On Opening Day, with LCFH players and their siblings acting as "buddies", the MLP Giants & Marlins played an enthusiastic (2) inning baseball game that warmed the heart of everyone in the vicinity of Bilkie Family Field. That day, the MLP players showed the crowd that anything can be accomplished with a little bit of help from your... buddies.

The Miracle League of Plymouth is currently fundraising to replace their field with a new ADA-compliant turf for their players. To donate visit: bit.ly/MLP-Resurface
